The Hoax - The Day Sammo Hung Died
Yes, dear visitor, you can believe your eyes. Or in this case, better not to.
8th December, 2007 was an incredible and unforgettable day for all Sammo Hung fans. A news in China started to spread in the country about his sudden death, Chinese presses even started to publish eulogies. Hong Kong Cinema fans were shocked all around the world, forum discussions were started about this terrible event. Luckily it all soon turned out to be a hoax. Sammo's son, Timmy appeared in public to deny the report. Sammo is well and is currently filming "Wu Shu" in Shandong. For me it is a day I would like to forget, because there is no words to describe the horror and pain I felt when I saw those news I never want to see again in my life! I felt the world collapsing around me.
The reason I still publish it on this site is this: no matter how cruel, stupid and upsetting it was, still it belongs to the history of Sammo Hung's career as the day he and his fans will never forget.
